WHY ASK FOR ESTA?

ESTA is the authorization that allows citizens of the 38 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) to travel to the United States without a visa. The ESTA electronic authorization is not available to everyone, as certain conditions must be met in order to benefit from it.
